In 1992, when Dr. Evelyn Rogers first became an independent Management Consultant, her services were requested by former colleagues and professional acquaintances who wanted to tap into her experience and know-how in the HR field. Dr. Rogers’ positive impact on these initial clients is evidenced by the fact that many still have working relationships with E. Rogers Associates, Inc. to this day. Today, E. Rogers Associates has a vast corporate client base and has added private solutions for individuals looking to develop their leadership skills. Doctoral and Masters Interns
E. Rogers Associates Inc. has been working with Hofstra University’s Masters in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and PhD in Applied Organizational Psychology programs to provide high potential students with an in-depth internship experience. In turn, the interns provide research/statistical skills and up-to-date knowledge of best practices to help support and enhance our services to clients. Over 30 students have interned at E. Rogers Associates, Inc. over the years, and can be found working in various capacities both locally and abroad.
