Vicki Swisher is passionate about helping people learn, develop and grow to realize their full potential, which is why she’s devoted 20+ years of her career to creating the conditions in organizations for a culture of learning to thrive. Vicki’s experience at top consulting firms and as a senior leader in multiple global companies, along with her education and knowledge of how leaders develop, make her uniquely positioned to help leaders be successful and face the unique challenges of leadership across contexts and geographies.

Currently, Vicki is an Organizational Leadership practitioner with Center for Creative Leadership. In her role, she partners with executive teams across a range of industries to define and activate leadership strategy, shape organization culture, and create a collective senior team culture to lead their organizations to sustained growth. Previously Vicki held executive roles in talent and leadership development with UnitedHealth Group and Cargill, led product development for Korn Ferry, and served as managing consultant for IMPACT Group, a global career development firm. She brings financial services background from her organization effectiveness role with The Hartford and has sales management experience with Marriott and Ritz-Carlton hotels.

An expert in the validated leadership characteristic of Learning Agility, Vicki is author of Becoming an Agile Leader and has co-authored several books on leadership and team effectiveness. Her articles on trending topics in leadership development have been featured in publications like Fortune, BusinessWeek, Wall Street Journal, HR Executive and Buyouts Magazine and she is a frequent speaker at premier business leader events around the world.

As an executive coach, Vicki leverages validated assessments to help leaders gain a holistic view of their strengths and development needs. Her coaching approach is a partnership where she helps clients unlock insights and bring clarity to complexity so they can focus on what’s most important to reach their goals. By balancing support with accountability, staying grounded on current strengths while breaking down barriers that may be holding them back, Vicki helps leaders make meaningful progress on their development journey with lasting change that translates to sustained performance and growth.

Vicki earned a master’s degree in Human Resource Development from the University of Minnesota where she was recipient of the College of Education’s Award of Recognition for Leadership. She received her bachelor’s degree in English from University of California, Irvine.
