    • Discussion and agreement of strengths and development areas
    • Review themes uncovered from assessments
    • Create a development plan to close the skill gaps that are aligned to objectives for the next 30, 60, or 90 days
  • 1 hour follow up (2 weeks later)

10 Week Coaching

  • Assessment(s)/Workbook
  • 2 hour assessment debrief, development planning:
    • Discussion and agreement of strengths and development areas
    • Review themes uncovered from assessments
    • Create a development plan to close the skill gaps that are aligned to objectives for the next 30, 60, or 90 days
  • Summary and development plan timetable
    • Understanding key developmental experiences that can aid in learning
    • Setting important milestones to track performance and measure improvement
  • 8 one hour sessions
    • Work to continue building skills needed to successfully meet their objectives
    • Discussion of progress and evaluation of strategies chosen for development
    • Identification of areas for further improvement and revision of development strategies where necessary
    • Understanding roadblocks to success and strategies for success
  • Next Steps Recommendations
