Associate Management Consultant
Christine Nelli is an Associate Management Consultant at E. Rogers Associates and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology at Southern Methodist University. Upon her graduation from SMU in May of 2023, she received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with minors in Cognitive Science and Education.
Prior to working for E. Rogers Associates, Christine was an intern at Robin Pou Inc., a boutique leadership development firm in Dallas, Texas. There she contributed to a broad set of leadership development projects and executive coaching for Fortune 500 CEO’s. Additionally, she contributed to high level research and analysis, marketing initiatives, event planning and facilitating world class client experience. Christine was also an intern for the Greenwich Education Group facilitating students through education and wellness programs in a therapeutic day school.
During her time at SMU, she was an active member of her community. Christine served her on campus sorority through various executive roles including Chief Panhellenic Officer and Chief Operations Officer. She continued her high-school passion for volleyball by joining the club team at SMU and playing for 3 seasons. Christine also served as the Events Coordinator of the Women in Investing Club developing relationships with executive women in the Dallas Metroplex. Christine directed her creative outlet towards fashion by curating seasonal issues for the SMULOOK Magazine as the Creative Assistant.
Christine is a member of Psi Chi (The International Honors Society in Psychology) with aspirations to join SIOP (The Society for Industrial Organizational Psychology). Her current research interests include leadership development, program creation, conflict resolution and communication in the workplace. Born and raised in Greenwich, Connecticut while studying in Dallas, Texas, she is very excited to see where her career path goes in the world of I/O Psychology.
