Jennifer is a Talent and Organizational Development professional with over 15 years of experience at leading luxury organizations.  She has a track record of delivering successful talent results for world class companies like Christie’s Auction House in NYC and more recently for Knoll, a leading voice in modern design for residential and workplace furnishings. She is a creative, collaborative talent leader whose experience is focused in leadership development, creating learning cultures with an emphasis on experiential development and consulting with individuals and teams within organizations.

During her tenure at Knoll Jennifer led talent and organizational strategy design, initiated process improvements, and developed and implemented leadership programs. She was the key architect in creating a harmonized and consistent talent development platform across Knoll’s six business units.  By partnering with senior leaders Jennifer redirected Knoll’s talent development effort towards experiential learning which led to the creation of VIEW (Vision, Insight, Experience, Workplace trio).  This company wide learning platform meaningfully accelerated the development of the leadership pipeline.  At Knoll Jennifer was an early adopter in leveraging digitization to build the talent management culture.  She led the roll out of their first online performance management tool.   In addition, she created a digital platform called “Leadership in Ten” which provided asynchronous learning while inspiring leadership culture.

Throughout her career Jennifer has designed and led several leadership development programs across North America and Asia.  At Christie’s Auction House, these programs received the highest ranking in their internal strategic HR survey.  Jennifer has received multiple certifications including Caliper Essentials and Korn Ferry Assessment of Leadership Potential.  She also has experience working across a range of assessment tools including SDI, DISC, 360 Reviews and MBTI.

Her academic credentials include a Bachelor of Music degree from Stephen F.
